Terms & Conditions

Faktoryt is a Europe-based digital product studio that turns ideas into Prototypes, Functional MVPs and full Products / Platforms. These Terms govern every engagement booked through faktoryt.com or a signed quotation.

• Prototype — to visualise and validate the core functionalities of your idea.
• Functional MVP — a product that holds the base and most valuable value to activate your first audience.
• Product / Platform — your product, with the foundation of growth, scaling, feedback and iterative building.

Every engagement starts with a Discovery to align the idea, audience, scope and feasibility before any line of code, and produces a fixed quotation.

Quotations are valid for 30 days. Unless agreed otherwise, invoicing follows a milestone schedule (typically 40% on kickoff, 40% mid-build, 20% on delivery), payable within 14 days, in EUR, excluding VAT.

Deliverables, milestones and assumptions are defined per quotation. Changes outside the agreed scope are handled via a written change request and may affect timeline and price. We commit to transparent communication and a response within 24 hours on business days.

Upon full payment, you own the application code, design assets and content produced specifically for your project. Faktoryt retains rights to its pre-existing tooling, internal libraries and know-how, and may reference the work in its portfolio unless an NDA states otherwise.

We treat all information shared during the engagement as confidential. On request we sign a mutual NDA before Discovery.

We deliver our work with professional care. For 30 days after delivery we fix defects in the agreed scope at no extra cost. To the extent permitted by law, Faktoryt's liability per engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be brought before the courts of the registered office of Faktoryt, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
